Formula 1 REVIEW

     The Good :

Car handling is predictable, but thrilling

Co-Op Career is great fun with a friend

Extremely faithful to the real sport

Realistically captures the fragility of modern F1 cars.

      The Bad :

• Very steep learning curve assumes you have a lot of F1 knowledge
• You may need a force feedback wheel to master the handling.

F1 2011 builds on the success of Codemasters' first F1 title by developing its most impressive features and fixing many of its flaws. The car handling and visual details are significantly better, and the new Co-op Championship mode presents an exciting new way for friends to experience the intense racing together. The complex driving physics and rules could become frustrating for motor-racing novices, but Formula One fans will enjoy this incredibly faithful depiction of the sport.

Gears Of War 3 released !

New Delhi: Developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft exclusively for the Xbox, Gears of War 3, the dramatic, action-packed video game, has been released on Tuesday. With 20,000 launch locations, the release is the franchise biggest, stretching from New Zealand to Times Square, said a Microsoft press release.

The story of the game revolves around a guy who has been in line for nearly a week in New York City, said Chris Wynn, lead producer for Gears of War at Microsoft Studios. "The story is epic, and the game is stunning. The visuals are better than any game you are going to find on Xbox or any other console."

Apart from visual advances, the game is loaded with a host of new features ranging from new maps and dedicated servers on Xbox LIVE to new modes of play (including beast, where you can play as the monster enemy) and new characters (for the first time, playable female characters).

Where the first two instalments of Gears of War focused on battles and the war, the third is said to be having more cinematic, human element. "Ultimately the game is a father and son story," Wynn said.
